Sant Pau del Camp (S.IX) es uno de los ejemplos de arquitectura románica más antigua de Barcelona y en sus alrededores se concentraba uno de los pocos núcleos de población que existían en el Raval hasta la llegada de la revolución industrial (S.XVIII), al igual que en los alrededores del antiguo Hospital dels Mesells en la Plaça del Pedró.

Sant Pau del Camp (S.IX) is one of the oldest examples of Barcelona’s Romanesque Architecture. In its surroundings there was one of the few concentrations of population that exist in the Raval neighbourhood until the industrial revolution (XVIII), like in the surroundings of the old Hospital of Mesells situated in Pedró Square.
